Now mind you, we live in Arizona, and we're out-of-state, visiting family in Minnesota. The car broke last night, auntie had to pick us up to take us home. We're staying with her . Today. He gets to Napa by 8 o'clock to start fixing the car. Im at the hospital with our family.. at 230 when he thinks he's done putting the car back together. He notices the fan and other stuff is broke. So now his mom has to come all the way from Maura and mind you, we're down in quiet air lake area. So is mom and sister drive? All the way out to help them get the second parts. Now that he needs starting to get late starting to get dark. It's fine. It calls me that he's done. So I taught him go home and shower then you could come pick me up, get home to his aunt's house, which is his godmother walks in the door and as soon as he walks in the door he realizes he locked the keys in the car. Oh, my God, you talk about a bad day. Well, thank goodness I remember we have my mom's roadside assistance. Mind you, my mom's 90 years old and blind doesn't have a car, but it was offered to her through her phone clown. So of course, we jumped on it $4 a month. Worst people if you will ever guys go there they will kill you. My truck has hub sealy problem. They damage axle housing no one took responsibility.

While my vehicle was in their care, it was broken into in their lot. Per a discussion with staff, EVERYONE'S vehicle was broken into parked on the lot outside their shop on 1/9/25. I was told someone would email me with the police report and pertinent information for my claim. I never received an email. Today, after weeks of promises for a call back - I'll call you back in 10 minutes/never did, I was informed there is no police report. And no insurance coverage. And no contact information will be provided to assist me with my claim. Which makes sense - this is also how my vehicle repair went - no call backs, me always having to call for an update. Incorrect information provided on pricing/how much it would cost for the repair - which ended up being substantially higher than what was quoted and discussed on the phone. Very misleading. Very disappointing. Very deceptive. Almost predatory. There was no mobile auto rescue. My vehicle had to be towed. Twice. No rescue at all. And no protection for my vehicle while under their care. No Garage Keepers Insurance.

edit: I had to recently open my hood and realized the lever to open it is missing??? So i can’t open my hood. the last time it was opened was for Mobil to fix my car and they did NOT disclose this with me. utterly disappointed. dave and mike were so helpful when i needed a last minute tow on july 4! exceptional care on my car that took over an hour to get out of a tough spot. appreciate the patience and persistence mike had to get my car out. excited to see how the repair will go
